One of the things I needed to do was to remove the servo stop inside of the HiTech HS-805BB Servo. This stop is molded onto the larger gear or the Output gear. This only allows for a 180 degree rotation. The goal here is to make the servos rotate continuously as we will set the limits within the software at a later time.
Here are a few photos of the gears and the stop that I will carefully cut off with a hobby knife. The one thing that is important is to be sure each gear goes back where they are before assembly, also there are 2 steel pins that are different sizes that need to be in the correct location.
